To create an erek21 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your identity documents (Indonesian ID card/KTP or passport), date of birth, valid email address, phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details immediately if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are permitted to register and maintain only one erek21 account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If we detect multiple accounts registered under the same identity, household, device, payment method, or IP address, we reserve the right to close all accounts, confiscate balances, void bets, and forfeit any winnings. Bonus terms include wagering requirements (the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before withdrawing), eligible games (which games contribute to wagering requirements), maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds, and expiration periods. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement ranging from 20x to 35x (times) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%; some games may be excluded entirely. erek21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if: you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions; we suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity; you provide false or misleading information during registration or verification; you engage in bonus abuse or prohibited play patterns; you become verbally abusive toward our staff; or we are required to do so by legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
